In this match between the All Blacks and Manu Samoa in 2008 we get a chance to see competing versions of the Haka (each team that performs a haka has a unique one). Note the different approaches. Everyone likes to watch great tries, and, over the years the All Blacks have provided some beauties. This video shows a few, featuring quite a bit of Jonah Lomu and Christian Cullen. If the video teaches us anything, it is that one of the fundamental skills, the tackle, really needs more work.

The Haka is a traditional war dance performed by the New Zealand All Blacks before each international match. This one is just a little different.

Some say this try by Gareth Edwards (Barbarians) against New Zealand in 1973 is the best one ever scored. Perhaps…if it isn’t the best, it has to be near the top of the list.
